Fair Play Vouchers

Applying for a Fair Play Voucher  

Parents, carers or guardians can apply for a voucher valued up to $150 for their child, which can be used towards sport and active recreation membership, registration or participation fees.  There is a limit of 1 voucher per child per calendar year.

NB: If you are successful, and wish to use for your child's hockey Registration with Nambour Blue Demons, then please email the Treasurer with a pdf of the voucher so we can give you a discount code to be used during the registration process. Any vouchers that are received after you have registered your child will be offset against the balance of payment when it is due.

2024 Key dates

24 January — Round 10 Opens
1 May         — Round 10 Closes
29 May       — Round 9 and 10 vouchers must be presented to an activity provider.

What do you need to do...

1. Check if your child is eligible

You can apply if your child:

• is a Queensland resident aged from 5 to 17 years (inclusive)
• did not receive a FairPlay voucher this year
• either:
  • holds, or whose parent, carer or guardian holds, a valid Department of Human Services Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card with the child’s name on it, or
  • is identified by a registered referral agent, who can assist families in genuine financial need to access FairPlay vouchers.

2. Make sure your activity is available

Search the activity provider directory to check that:

• your chosen activity is listed
• there is a registered provider near you.

3. Read the terms and conditions

Read and understand the FairPlay voucher application terms and conditions.

4. Access the Enquire online system

You will need to register for an Enquire account before you can apply for a voucher.
