Parents, carers or guardians can apply for a voucher valued up to $200 for their child, which can be used towards sport and active recreation membership, registration or participation fees. There is a limit of 1 voucher per child per financial year, which can be used at registration. If your child received a Play On! Sports Voucher in Round 1 (August/September 2025), they won’t be eligible for Round 2.
NB: If you are successful and wish to use it for your child's 2026 Hockey Registration with Nambour Blue Demons, then please email the Treasurer with a PDF of the voucher so we can give you a discount code to be used during the 2026 season's registration process. The voucher will then be applied against the registration deposit and any remaining amount against the balancing payment of the season's fees.
Vouchers can not be partly or wholly redeemed or refunded for cash, including bank transfers, at any time. It is best to use them at the time of registration as above.

Parents and carers of eligible Queensland children aged 5–17 can now apply for a $200 voucher.

• Your child’s Medicare card
• A valid Health Care Card (HCC) or Pensioner Concession Card (PCC) may also be used.
