Important Information (Please read before completing registration)
- Play On! Sports Vouchers. Please DO NOT register if you have a Play On! Voucher for your child before contacting the Treasurer to receive a discount code to be used during the registration process. Please note Vouchers have to be redeemed only at registration and can not in part or in full be refunded in cash or to bank accounts.
- Processing Fees. The Club, Hockey Qld and the SCHA add transaction fees (2% + $1.60) to their portion of the registration fees. This is non-refundable.
- Registration Payment. Covers HA/HQ/SCHA Fees for the season and the Club deposit only. The Club will send an invoice payable by the 31st May for the balance of the fees. Please see table in Fees Information 2026. Once a player has taken the field all registration payments and the Club deposit are non-refundable. Prior to that a refund on the registration payment and Club deposit can be made by contacting the Treasurer.
- Club Membership. Registration does not guarantee membership. In rare circumstance, which may include but not limited to: excess team numbers, unfinancial players etc, the Committee may decide to decline a membership and will notify the player as soon as possible and organise a refund of the registration payments and the Club's deposit minus the processing fees.
- Non-Playing Members. Any non-playing members (coaches, managers, umpires, committee, Life Members, or other volunteers) please select Non-Playing Member (no charge).
- 10 Game Registration. Currently there is no automatic notification when a player reaches zero games left. Please note how many games you have played and upgrades to Full Season can be made by re registering on this page at any time.
- Agreement. On registration players agree to have read and abide by the Club's Terms which include the Club's Code of Conduct and The Fees Policy
To register, click the REGISTER button below. All players have the option to either select Returning Member or New Member this season. Players should select the appropriate Registration Type which is based on your age at 31st December 2026. If you are playing Seniors this season and a full time student, select the Student Registration Type which includes a discounted HQ fee.
